TECHNICIANS/REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIANS®

Responsibilities:

Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians® (RBTs®) are responsible for assisting Licensed Behavior Analysts in the direct implementation of behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans for a vast array of patients. The Technician candidate will assist patients with achieving their outcomes through daily treatment implementation, monitoring of behavior, and collecting data on patients' progress. They are also responsible for interacting professionally with caregivers and other treating providers related to the care of their patients. Other duties may include clerical and administrative duties.


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED Required (bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred)
  • Relevant experience preferred
  • Valid First Aid & CPR Certification required
  • Fingerprint Clearance Card required
  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
  • Must be able participate in continuous or strenuous activities for 4 or more hours. 
  • Must be able to regularly sit, stand, kneel, stoop, use hands and reach.
  • Must have reliable means of personal transportation
  • Must pass a criminal background check. 
  • Must have a flexible schedule and complete shift work in patient’s home. 
  • Must have availability for at least three weekdays from 3:00pm-6:00pm

behavior analysis trainees

Responsibilities:

Behavior Analysis Trainees are responsible for conducting assessments, monitoring progress, training and supervising staff, and collaborating with caregivers and professionals to ensure high-quality, consistent ABA services under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth within the field of behavior analysis while making a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.


Requirements:

  • Familiarity with applied behavior analysis techniques is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Eligibility to enroll in Supervised Fieldwork Experience working toward BCaBA® or BCBA® Certification.
  • Enrolled in a BACB® Approved Verified Course Sequence
  • Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of patient assessment methods and behavioral health practices is a plus.
