BE SAFE the Movie®
BE SAFE the Movie® is an interactive tool that utilizes video modeling to teach young adults with autism and other developmental disabilities safety skills when interacting with first responders. This training addresses the critical safety concerns of loved ones and the community. The staff at Aspen Behavior Consulting are certified BE SAFE the Movie® trainers.

Aspen Behavior Consulting provides a variety of training opportunities to law, fire and EMS personnel including but not limited to:
- Recognizing autism and/or other developmental disabilities
- Interaction guidelines for individuals with autism
- Effective response to emergency situations involving individuals with autism or other related developmental disabilities
Community Outreach in Crisis Response
We volunteer our time to improve the concerns of the community related to the interactions between individuals with developmental disabilities and law, fire and/or EMS. Concerns currently being addressed include:
- Wandering
- Bullying
- Family violence
- Cyber crimes
- Police encounters
