Aspen Behavioral Consulting provides supervision towards board certification to individuals who are dedicated to building their professional, behavior analytic and ethical skill repertoires. Experiences obtained at Aspen Behavioral Consulting meet the experience standards put in place by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board® (BACB®).


Supervision may include the following types of experiences:

  • Direct implementation of treatment protocols
  • Observations across environments
  • Behavior Skills Training (BST)
  • Performance feedback and evaluation of supervisee performance
  • Case conceptualization
  • Problem solving, decision making
  • Indirect case management activities
  • Review of written materials
  • Utilization of behavior analysis in various capacities (i.e. OBM, first responder training, organizational consultation)

Behavior Analyst Certification Board® (BACB®)

Our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts® (BCBA®) each individually meet the standards for supervision that are required by the BACB® to supervise exam candidates who are working towards their fieldwork hours, Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst® (BCaBA®) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT®).

Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners

Our supervisors also meet the requirements to supervise individuals who are unable to practice behavior analysis independently in Arizona and who are pursuing licensure as a (BCBA®) through the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners.
