Kelli Riley, M.Ed., LBA, BCBA is a Licensed Behavior Analyst and has been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2003. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University and a Master's Degree in Special Education from Nothern Arizona University. Throughout her career Kelli has provided ABA services both in home and clinic-based settings for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Kelli demonstrates great proficiency with skill acquisition and behavior reduction program development and implementation. She is experienced in the administration of both skill acquisition and behavior assessments (FBA’s), the development of individualized treatment plans and goals, monitoring patient progress via data analysis, and providing parent and caregiver consultation and training. As a Clinical Supervisor Kelli is also passionate about staff development and training. She currently provides supervision to behavior technicians, Registered Behavior Technicians® (RBT®s), and BCBA® applicants. Kelli enjoys mentoring staff to meet their professional goals and assisting them with increasing their skill repertoire in Behavior Analysis. Kelli is a member of AzABA and is always looking to expand her knowledge and skill set in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Kelli thoroughly enjoys working with children and their families to make long-lasting and meaningful impacts on their behavior.
